WE HAVE NEW ARRIVALS!!!! 
As of August 8, 2007 at 6 am we welcomed 6 new puppies to add to our Akita Family. Please welcome the new puppies!!! We currently have one white, 3 brown (1 Male SOLD), and one pinto/red. A total of 5 females and 1 male(sold) which is common for our litters. We have 2 very huge females this time around which I estimate should weigh in at about 80-100 lbs for people who love big Akita's. We have 1 white Akita pup that should be no more 70 lbs and very cute and soft (the softest of the bunch, normal for all our white pups). The others are in between somewhere in weight. New Pictures have just been posted!! Our Akita's are very non-aggressive loving pets that only bark a couple of times to warn off intruders near property/family members and they are super loyal. Our Akita's will protect you with their lives!!! Our Akita's have never shown any aggressive manners toward people but you can train them to do that if that is your service needs. Not socializing them with people/kids/other pets makes them guard dogs (we recommend all akitas to be socialized early for families). They are highly trainable and intelligent with a strong desire to play and work. The 2 extra large Females are on high demand already and the white one is attracting a lot of attention. How our Akita's behave; Our Akitas act very calm, happy, non-aggressive dogs. Our dogs are great with children and are very friendly. It all depends on getting the Akita as young as possible and training them early that you are the owner and showing them lots of love and human interaction. After 2 years old most Akita's know where they fit into the family and listen very well and follow all commands. Our Akita's are very non dominant in nature and will do well in small or large family homes. Here's the puppy story: At around 12:30am on January 11, 2007 the first puppy was born. We named her Sara a.k.a. "Peanut" due to the fact that she has a small brown peanut shape marking on her left side. Then came "V" because she is mostly white with a V shaped neck marking. Third was Daniella and she is mostly brown, body color are almost identical to Koda the father of the litter. Jack is the fourth member, the only male born and he at first we thought was all black but today (20 Jan 2007) he came out of the pictures looking more grey/charcoal black. He is my favorite and I would love to keep him if possible. Lastly, Betty, the biggest pup of them all at this point has the most identical facial markings as Koda the father. She has the most markings overall. Here are the most descriptive details we have captured; Sarah aka Peanut; Found new home and lives with Jack! Two for two is the best way to keep family together! The first born, female, normal size, loves to talk already, black little freckles on nose and chin, and a thin white stripe on face. The cutest and most original. She loves to play and is very calm. "V" for Vanity/Victoria; Found a home with a great young Air Force couple on 31 JAN 2007! Second born, female, second smallest today, she is the most beautiful being 90% white, black freckles on face and on nose, and a thick white stripe down on nose and face. Daniella; Found a home with an awesome Air Force family 3 FEB 2007! Third born, female, size is average, trying to walk already today, beautiful dark face, rusty in color or mostly brownish tan, with a white chin, white feet or socks, white stripe on belly side like Jack, and a white tip on the tail. Jack; Highest offer is $1200 so far but no deposit. (Found a great home and the owners are very happy. They also took home peanut!) Fourth born, male, size is average, my favorite of them all, he is the most calm and gentle, will lie on his back with no fuss, white feet, tiny smidge of white on chin and light grey under side of tail, white on the tip of the tail just like Daniella, white strip on belly side and a beautiful dark mask. He is mostly dark grey/charcoal but comes out like a shiny silver in camera sometimes. Betty or Big Bertha; Found home on 3 FEB 2007 and she has a great new mommy! Last born, female, size is average but she looks bigger than the rest maybe because of her horizontal markings on her back, she has a white chin, Has Zero white on her face, the most original trait of the five, a distinct brown butt because she is probably 60% white, and the most "look-a-like" to Koda in the pictures in terms of facial features. She also looks like Bruce and Yogi (the grandfather) and her mom Kali, which is the Pinto marking for an Akita. (If you would like an Akita please call 805-621-3927 or email us. Due to high demand and a super low supply of male Akita's with rare markings, Jack is $1400 and the Females are sold at $500 each. Also, due to some non-payments and broken promises we are implementing a non-refundable $100 deposit in order to hold a puppy. Effective 22 January, 2007. Shipping is possible just call for details. They will be ready to be released to take home in a few weeks. Prices range from $600-$1450 generally with other breeders in case anyone was wondering. We can also provide Koda our male for a stud fee of $1000.
